Section X – Other

An ingredient identified by a * in Section II denotes that it is subject to the reporting requirements of section 313 of title III of the Superfund Amendments and reauthorization Act of 1986 ("SARA") and the regulations thereunder 40 CFR part 373.

Section II note explanations are as follows:

1. 1% or more by weight (0.0% if identified as carcinogenic)
2. as nuisance dust
3. as fume
4. as soluble
5. Some of our products may have a metallic (hazards describe in section VI hereof) or oil coating. Prolonged or repeated contact by unprotected skin with such oil may result in skin irritation. Touching or burning operations on steel products with oil coating may produce emissions which can be irritating to the eyes and respiratory tract.

Other elements such as arsenic, bismuth, calcium, carbon, columbium, copper, phosphorus, rare earth, sulfur, titanium, vanadium and zirconium may be present in trace (i.e. less than 1% by weight) amounts. Not all of our products contain 1% or more by weight). All of the elements listed in Section II hereof: Information relative to specific characteristics of the trace elements listed herein, and as to which of our products contain the hazardous ingredients listed in Section II hereof, can be obtained from us.
