Free loop self driven slitter head system that allows us to slit a constant 900 FPM with substantially improved quality, reduces camber, wavy edges and burrs. Also, a pneumatic tension wipe station to help remove excess oil. Capacity is 3/16" by 72" wide on 60,000 pound coils. On sheet gauges for galvanized and cold-rolled products, this machine and associated packaging equipment allow us to provide a better and more uniform product. The inclusion of a tension stand and pit-in-line prepares tight, flat-walled coils.
